What motivates Muslims to do what they do?

It seems like muslims are always angry at somebody, and when there is not enough hate to go around to the outsiders they turn on each other and kill each other (Sunni/Shiite). This is evident not only in Iraq but Gaza(although Gaza is Fatah vs. Hamas rather than Sunni/Shiite), Pakistan and Indonesia.
Please tell me this- honestly.
Do you REALLY think that if we got rid of the nation of Israel and sent them all to Europe and got every single non-arab soldier out of the middle east area that things would suddenly be OK and there would be no more fighting in the Middle East? If you really think so you're quite a dreamer. I think all of these things are just excuses to do the only thing they know how to do.

You turn on the news and tell me if you see alot of good being done

According to the Koran, anyone who is not a Muslim must convert or die.

Not all Muslims know the Koran says this which explains why some Muslims deny that they believe in Violence and claim to be about Peace.

1 group of Muslims who have no idea the Koran says all this claim Christians, Jews and anyone who believes in God are fellow believers.

But the violent ones who know what the Koran says about killing Non-Muslims believe that all Non-Muslims shold be blown to Hell.

And ya know whatelse, we don't see Christians burning buildings for having Christ in a Jar of Urine but we see Muslims burning places over pictures making fun of Mohammed even though Europe made pictures making fun of Mohammed before Columbus ever discovered America.

It seems like you're caught in the tidal wave of ignorance that has been circulating around the world. Instead of just asserting this, go deeper. Muslims are only angry from the disrespect that religions have for them especially when associating them with terrorism. Let's take an example for a minute, shall we?
You meet someone, it's all good, they're nice, friendly, have fun, and are respectful and everything and you grow to love them then you find out he or she MUSLIM. What will you do? Think of them as terrorists like you always do or realize that Muslims have good and bad people just like Christanity, Judaism, and any other religion on his earth? Extremist Muslims are a different story and they are ruining the reputation of Muslims worldwide. The Arab-Israeli conflict is a big issue. If I start writing, I won't finish. Stick to your first question and please make an attempt to see past the stereotypes. Take care.

Seems like only the Muslims are fighting on earth?? The others are peace loving birds?? Why is the US making the state-of-the-art weapons? Yes, bravo, for rich Arabs to buy. The US weapon factories will be out of business if we stop fighting....we are doing it a great favour.
Use your brain and look who is behind all theses conflicts. Why didn't Shias & Sunnis fight when Saddam was in power? The US allowed Arab Sunni fanatics to enter Iraq. They attacked Shia's. The latter re-attacked. In the meantime, Bushy man is sucking the oil.

You are systematically being taught to believe certain things and to hate, so that your rulers can achieve their end. You are shown a distorted, extreme picture. This is false propaganda. It is far from the truth. Man is a creature who loves and hates. You are purposely being shown one side of the picture. Your TV channels show Muslims killing. They do not show Israelis killing Muslims. Your schoolchildren take weapons to school to kill fellow students and teachers. What do you have to say about that? Would you say that Christians are killers, or that certain individuals are off their rocker? It is wrong to stereotype people.Agencies carry out certain actions which make people turn against one another, to achieve certain motives.

Our devotion in to our faith Islam and massive rewards from Allah on the day of judgment for fasting for Allah, performing all salats in many cases, examining Quran each and every morning, spending entire evening worshiping Allah contained in the evening previous twenty seventh day of Ramadan, giving charity to needy Muslims, giving monetary help in construction Mosque in our community and through out Islamic international besides because the position ever Muslims live, being sturdy to oldsters, siblings, kith and kins and others such as animals in our care and not in any respect to contain in any acts forbidden by technique of Allah in Holy Quran and so on. and so on.

First of all do not generalize...I believe the majority of Muslims would like peace and prosperity unfortunately violence rules the day, tribalism, religious intolerance and just your garden variety criminal makes it nearly impossible to have a civilized society in many nations, we have it so good here, how are the good people of Iraq etc going to stand up to the thugs in control of their country? I pray that they can find peace our noble cause to help them have a better life is failing...very sad.

It is not fair to stereotype all Muslims. There are Muslims who follow
the real path of Islam, and there are extremist. When you categorize all to
be the same than that’s when we have wars and ignorance will spread like wild fire. I understand people’s frustration with the terrorist and extremist, but if we as a nation And all nations don’t learn to understand one another than things will never change for the better.
