Hello... =)

Even if they are not raised, they could be hives. The skin on your upper arms is somewhat thick.

Take 2 benadryl, and see if it gets better. If it gets worse at all, or you have any difficulty swallowing, or your tongue feels any different, get to an ER pronto. If you are alone, call an ambulance.

If it remains unchanged, go to your doctor as soon as possible, as it could be something else entirely, like measles, chicken pox, or other such things....

Namaste,

Seems like keratosis pilaris
A very common skin condition. It's treatable, but not curable. Your dermatologist can prescribe your AHA washes or some topical cream. There's no guarantee that any of it will work. Don't pick at it, because that will inflame the hair follicles.

They are probably heat bumps, a friend of mine had the same problem, and in your case you should go to a dermotoligist, it could possibly be an allergic reaction to something you have been using for a while and done even know it.

I have them too. If you go to a dermatologist they are not spots (i forget the proper name for them).
The best way to get rid of them is sunshine. I generally tend to go on the sunbed very occasionally for this reason and this helps alot. they dissapear for quite a while and only go for a sunbed when they return.
It's the only thing that i have found that works for me so far.

Red spots? See someone as it could be something harmless or serious, get it checked.
