There are two things you will have to do: Exercise and nutrition

Remember abs are developed by abs exercises like crunches and sit ups but to make them visible you have include aerobic exercise and proper nutrition.

Hence do this. Squat three times a week with 80 percent weight (yes I know squats target the legs but that causes release of androgens which burn fat).

On the other days do abs exercises like weighted sit ups and crunches.

Include aerobic exercises like jogging, swimming (ideal) or running up stairs. 50 minutes of it is needed 4 times a week.

Cut down on your calories. Eat six meals. Small meals. And eat A LOT of nuts like peanuts, walnuts, and almonds.

Avoid butter and margarine.

You’ll have your abs in six weeks! Good luck. Thank you.

As long as you don't have a belly, you can get a six pack in two months with HARD WORK. Run a lot, then do a lot of sit-ups (crunches don't work the stomach as well) and bicycle kicks as well as sit-ups on an incline. The abs are like any other muscle; work them enough and you can see them.

Then what do you want to hear/read? It does require hard work and you WILL NOT achieve that goal in 2 months. Many professional athletes dont have them and those who train for it are aware it can take up to 6 months or longer when on the proper workout schedule and diet.
