when you arrive at home, first get off those tiring clothes and change into something, loose yet flattering. Warm up some water and either soak your feet in some soothing soap like chamomile or olive. Ensure you are sitting on a comfortable couch so that you can relax your back. Get some warm tea and if it is late, turn off the main switch and light up the table lamp or darker shades. play some soothing blues and don't answer any phone calls or the door bell. A good hour or thirty minutes will do you just fine. Alternatively, you could get into a war bath, light up candles and a glass of wine and soak your self in a bubble bath!

i love to crochet so, do many of my friends.....it's not just for little old ladies anymore. i'm 30ish and have found it to be completely relaxing and enjoyable. I am not really able to dwell on all of the crap in my life when i'm concentrating on counting stitches. Plus after I've spent some time "relaxing" I have a great gift to give to someone, which is also very rewarding and relaxing in itself...doing something nice for others...

Lay on the couch & watch a dvd. If I feel better after a 1.5-2 hour movie, I'll get up and do something. If not, I'll either fall asleep during the movie or go to bed when it's over. I guess movies take my mind off my own problems for a while.

Hot bath. Emmm! Yeah! Jump right in and sooth those tired, achy, muscles.

And wash hair, love the smell. Aroma therapy.

Maybe condition it too, cause that is a light, easy, job. It's done, and the softness is soothing and comforting, too.

Then read, relax, get on the computer, talk to friends, but if one of them tries to stress me alittle, I pay no attention. Laugh! Laughter is the best.

I usually find someone to talk about my hard day. It's always my brother that I turn to.

I think that I feel whole lot better after I say it out loud than keep it inside. Once you talk about it then it feels like nothing.

After that I usually watch my favorite TV shows or movies. And eat something sweet.

And by the time I go to bed, I feel a lot better^^

Change into comfortable clothes and shoes. Pet the cat or dog. Go for a walk, go to the store or go out to eat. You'll forget the workday soon enough.

Give my daughter a great big hug and kiss and then read to her or play with her toys with her. As soon as I see her at the end of my work day, all of my troubles have dissolved. She is all the medicine that I need.
