No not worms only bacteria which are known as the Normal Flora of the body. They are not only in the stomach but everywhere on and in the body. In the stomach they help in digestion

No this is not true. If some one have worms in his digestive system he have to take medicine to get rid of worms.

No, however tape worms can occur in animals and possibly people.

I don't think so... Some ppl get tape worms from contaminated water and stuff, but not just everybody!!! And if you have a tape worm you will know it pretty soon!!

No, you shouldn't have worms if your healthy. You will always have microorganisms like bacteria though, some are beneficial.

some people even have tape worms like 20 feet long
they can help you lose weight so its not always a bad thing
