I understand that stress is caused by a lot of things and I understand when people say that they're stressed, but I don't get stressed over stuff so I don't really know what it FEELS like, and I'm curious. Can anybody help me out on this? Thanks!

It depends on the person. Some people get really bad headaches when under stress, some people get very irritable and short-tempered, some people have a compulsion to eat, some people get sick because it affects their immune systems, some people become very sullen and withdrawn, the list goes on and on. Now, some people get a rush from stressful situations, and others find that the pressure forces them to focus and perform, so they do their best work when under stress.

Does that help?

Everybody reacts differently to stress. When I'm stressed out I tend to obsess over small stuff and I'm also in a really bad mood and want to kill everyone within 10 feet of me. I'm sure you've been stressed out at one point in time you just weren't aware of it. It could just be that you can handle stress very well.

Nothing is wrong, we all have different methods of coping with stress. Some people might shut down, others might get headaches and stomach problems. You should be glad you're feeling relaxed and happy :)

Stress affects all people differently. If you don't know what stress feels like, how can you possibly know whether or not you are stressed?

Stress symptoms can be many and vary from one person to the next. Sleeplessness, irritability, weakness, chest pains, shortness of breath, depression all can be symptoms.

Lucky! trust me- you don't want to feel stress! when your stressed it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, everything is going wrong, and basically it feels like the world is about to end if you don't do what you have to do. not fun! sometimes it can cause killer headaches too.

It feels like your all alone and your head is going crazy. Some people don’t like to be bothered and do want to talk to people at all. And that sometimes feels like you are locked in a cage and you cant get out of it.

for me it lands in my muscles, mostly in my neck

then if there is more it tightens till it really hurts and I can't do anything except just be in pain

if I get a massage or rest with heating pads, sometimes it goes away for awhile

For me, it feels like my brain is going 1,000mph. Also, I feel anxious and nervous. Very hard to calm down and relax.
