we are working in same company and we know each other since last 1 year, but we never talked to each other,we are just avoiding each other.also in this duration we did a lots of crush to each other.wherever i stands she avoides to come there.
Also once i saw that she maintained the eye contact(more than second) with me,so i was happy and i thought that she has something for me,but after some days she immediately looks
away after seeing me.so again i thought that what is the wrong with me.so sometime she behaving like that she hates me from bottom of her heart,she and her friends doing abnormal
behaviour with me.i m really confused of their behaviour.i want to talk to her but i just want to read her body langauge.and it is confusing me.everyday i m visiting yahoo answar site and find
ing out her body langauge's meaning during whole day she did,but i m not able to find out any conclusion.
I want to ask all girls why u are doing like this?

What in the hell company do you work for?? Obviously this company requires little to no intelligence. Learn to spell and use punctuation!
As for the answer to your question, you think that a second of eye contact means she likes you? She has probably had at least a second of eye contact with every guy that she comes in contact with in the office. She avoids you, and she likes you? Is she in middle school or the office? If she was in Middle School, I would say she likes you. If you are in the office, I think she is scared of you. The way you word this question, you obviously stare at her a lot. You have noticed a lot of things, and she knows you are staring. You do not tell us what you mean by her friends acting weird, but the way one second indicates interest to you, I bet they were acting perfectly normally.
I also got a kick out of this part. "i want to talk to her but i just want to read her body langauge". You want to talk to her, but you would rather stand at a distance and just watch her? There is a term for this! It is called a stalker. I think in reality that you scare her. You probably follow her around, or you stare at her a lot. She avoids your gaze because she does not want to give you any ideas. She may afraid you would rape her or something! If you want to flirt with her, SMILE and TALK TO HER!!! You cannot stand at a distance forever, or they are going to consider you a stalker or pervert! Anyway, hope this helps!

Did you have already the business organisation/place of work yule occasion?! Invite her for a dance.... or basically commence conversing to her as a typical dude... hobbies, what she likes... bla bla bla.... and notice what comes out of it... Or sending her roses is a sprint which will factor out you have an activity... write a notice that by some potential could desire to convey approximately think of is you that despatched them yet do no longer sign the notice...

It sounds like she is very shy and is waiting for you to make the move, which you should definitly do! Just ask her to hang out with you outside of work, maybe go for drinks or coffee and see how things go from there.

I'm sorry, cool man, is it? You are grasping at straws, friend. You have cited many specific examples of her NOT liking you, but nothing concrete that she DOES like you. You are over thinking this, and I guarantee if she liked you, at the very least she would talk to you. Move on.

She's looking for your attention, or she just doesn't like u and she's toying with ur emotions..I say from now on avoid her, ignore her and her friends! See how she likes her own behavior throw back to her...!! good luck just ignore her.
