If I understand your ? right your already married, and you just want to have your religous ceremony. If that's the case you just need to contact your parish. There is no legal paperwork to be done if your already legally married.

Civil rights doesn't marry anyone....if you meant by civil union then you would already have to have a marriage license. The religious ceremony is for show.

If you do not have a marriage license then you have to apply for one. In Texas we still have common law marriages, but legally they cause a lot of problems....better to get the license!

In MD, there is no "civil rights" or common law marriage, although MD does recognize common law marriages from other states. If you do NOT have a marriage license, you need to apply for one before you have your Christian wedding. Your priest/pastor will sign it after he/she performs the service. You will then be legally married.

If you already have a marriage license, you do not need another one.

If your already married then you should already have a marriage lisence. And you don't need to apply for the "show" wedding.

You're already married, you don't need another license. You aren't getting married again; you're having your marriage blessed in the church. Your priest should explain all of this to you.
