Has any one worked for Explore Worldwide as a tour guide?

Are they good to work for? Hard to get into? What are the fees like?

No, but I've been on their trips. The guides seem to be nice, but they don't always seem that well prepared - I got the impression that they had to do quite a lot for themselves, eg doing a whole trek themselves before the first group arrived to make sure everything worked.

No but I really would like to do that. Im going to look more into it.
