family does come first, but if you both like each other your brother should be okay with it....unless he knows things about the guy and thinks you shouldnt be with him i dont see y it would be a problem....

Talk to your brother about it and see how he feels about it cause if things don't work out the friend might feel weird about going over to the house..but if ur brother says he doesn't have a problem with it then go for it but if he does then don't go there..

Follow what your heart is saying... If you really want to try then do it but if you think it won't work out because it would be unfair then do aviod it if you must... You said family first right? So if you go for it your brother would understad right? Why not try? Or not...

Your right family comes first. BUT, if you talk to your brother and he doesnt mind, go for it. My brother dated his friends sister, and he did not have a problem with them being together. Good Luck!!!

What would you be doing wrong ? If you feel funny about it, speak to your brother. How nice would it be for the two of you to be together and know that your family, brother, already likes him !

if your brother and that guy are friends, your brother should be happy if the two of you got together. I really don't think it is unfair to your brother...
good luck!

well, there could be 2 sides to this depending on your opinion.
If you think family comes first, you'll stay away from your brothers friends.
But....
If you are the type of person who knows what's good for you, and you think this relationship could be good for you, then you should go for it.
See, it's not based on whats right or whats wrong. It's based on opinion.

if he shows that he has feelings for u too , ur brother should understand n let both of u be happy. but it would be best if u as him if he is comfortable with it, because i just had that situation and now were dating. but i made sure the first thing i did was ask my brother, not for permission but for his blessing .

Talk to your brother about it, make sure that he will give his blessing. As you said family comes first, so if he approves go for it! If not I would keep it as just friends.
