I asked this before but people didn't take notice of the main word "homemade." Any homemade treatments for colon cleansing? I'm not talking going three days without eating or prune juice or laxatives.

Hi there, Here is what I use the a few hours before I am going to clean myself, I make super strong coffee, like more than double strength, once it is made set it aside where it can cool down. Have a bowel movement, once you feel like you have completely emptied your bowels place the coffee in an enema bag, and let it flow. Once you feel full. Stop clip the hose shut. And hold it, you should feel slight cramping but it shouldn't be excruciating. After five minutes expell the water and repeat, after you have gone. through the coffee, give yourself one last enema with water. When I am done I like to rub a slight coating of vasaine in my hole. The coffee works as a slight irritant for the colon, this is a similar effect to the soapsuds enema that hospitals give. What you are going to see is yellowish mucuousy (is that a word) discharge this is normal. a few days prior to cleaning yourself out you should watch what you eat, raw fruits and vegetables, fruit juice and water. I wouldn't eat certain vegetables like brocolli simply because they can cause gas and that not what you want. Also I do it in the shower, this is because in a warm shower you can be more comfortable and if you have to let the fluid go in an emergency, just squat over the drain. ONE WARNING do not do this to frequently you can alter your body chemistry and you can become dependent on enemas to empty your bowels. The first time I did it I did it twice in one week and now I do it once a month

Okay here we go: Invest in a colonic system, the red douche bag will suffice. Now for better elimination the prune juice will help, but since you don't want that invest in a bottle of gylcerin. Heat some water hot as you can tolerate internally then a bottle of OTC enema (fleet or store brand).. Mix the three together and well you know.

Be sure to take your acidolpholis supplements.

Internal supplements slippery elm, cascara sergarda, black walnut, or even a home herbal cleansing system.

Yes..it's called "WATER". Colon cleaning kits and detoxifying agents are gimmicks. You want to spend your money to make you think you are getting healthier, go for it. Otherwise, drinking plenty of water is the best detoxifying and colon cleaning agent the body requires all through the natural actions of the liver and digestive system.

"Colon Cleansing" diets are marketing ploys and don't work - the body cleans the colon out naturally through a little process called digestion.
