it depends on the state, and what you'd done to begin with. if it was a felony or an act against an individual, then probably not. if it was a minor misdemenor (like cutting a tree branch in a state wildlife area) and you didn't get a fine or jail time or probation or anything, then i think so. contact your state. every one is different. here, we have a police officer that had committed rape at one time in his life..... screwed up.....

Depends on where you are. Most places the police are more dangerous than the criminal. I think it would be a requirement to have a record even to apply.

Yes i know some of you will disagree with me. Well those of you in the so called west any way. Remember there are places on this planet other than Europe and the USA.

Man, do you think policemen have clear records? Trust me, the dirtiest recods are for policemen.

Since your recod has been cleared, you probably will be the first policeman with clear record.

Good luck man...

most police are corrupt and if your not you wont fit in!!!they may not hire you if you have a clean record. they love crooks. the police departments are full of them. i know from personal experience! i was a c/o and did not fit in because i was not a corrupt liar and i had morals and principals and because i refused to conform to the lies they set forth and the rules they had ...rules being we do what we want for whom we want... i was actually framed for felony charges and they tried to put me in jail ! they did for one night but the truth prevailed in the long run and i hope for kharma!

What crimes does your record contain? You might as well tell us everything.
