with a turkey that size you'll want to let it thaw for about 4 days, if it's still not thawed out there is another little trick you can use to speed things along. fill your cleaned sink or a big bucket with COLD water, submerse your tukey in the water and let it sit, don't use hot water, that will promote bacteria growth, and make sure you are checking on the temp. of the water every half hour to hour, don't let it get warm. keep changing your water until your turkey's thawed all the way.

Depends on the turkey. I would say 3-4 days because of the size. I had to look this up for my sister on Thanksgiving, and depending on what brand of turkey you bought they offer suggested times on their website. =)

As long as a week. 4-7 days is usualy what I do with 20ish pounder turkeys.
