They are soiling my home even when I'm in they sometimes do it at their home. Can I train them in three weeks if so how?

I've done it in a few hours! Its more difficult if theres more than one.
To start with, confine them to the kitchen where hopefully you have lino which is easy to clean; and make sure each dog has its own bed. They don't like messing near their bed.
Next, make a spot to be the dog loo in the yard. Mark it clearly, such as with bricks or planks then 'bait' it with some of their mess. The scent tells them where to go.
Then you put them on the lead and take them to that spot on the hour every hour and wait for them to go. (See why its easier with one!)
When they do eventually go - they have to at some point - you point at it and give a key word such as 'busy' and reward them.
Eventually they cotton on.

Finally in the evening have a mat or something and try to get them to settle on there with a chew when you relax to watch tv. Its important for dogs to have a spot to call their own, it stops them wandering all over feeling out of place and getting up to mischief out of boredom. And its good for general obedience to be able to get them to settle.

I think you're a very patient person and hope your daughter appreciates how lucky she is :)

Hey there. Did the dogs come with crates? If not, you'll need to get each dog a crate to keep them in when you can't watch them. Take them out regularly and treat them right away as soon as they potty outside. Crate training works to teach dogs quickly and there's a lot of info available to help you:

hard to do in 3 weeks, but you can buy training pads from your local pet shop, they are scented so they attract the dogs to do their mess on the pad and not on your floor.
