It sounds like anxiety or stress is causing it.

Yes. Stress and tension. Being in charge of two other lives, you're children, on a constant basis can be overwhelming.

Could be that right there. And common sense stuff, like taking vitamins and getting more rest, and most definitely good nutrition can help turn it around.

Are there people around you who might be more supportive of you? Maybe that might help.

Do you get out with the kids in the day, while the sun is shining. That can help everybody, you and the kids. And in a safe yard, they can play on their own, some, with or without other kids. And maybe you'll meet someone you can talk too, maybe not about this right away, though.

Has something happened just lately that is leaving you feeling, overwhelmed? That happens to all of us sometimes.

Have you had any feelings there is something in particular you would like to do all on you're own. Maybe if you could just get a sitter for a day, or a night. Cause' you need to follow you're heart!

Just cause' you're heart doesn't have physical problems does not mean it's not yearning for attention, and to be listened to, know what I mean?

You're not just a mother. You're also a human being. So don't lose track of that! O.k.?

I'd go to the doctor and have a full workup and especially check for Parkinsons. Could be just stress or anxiety of a sort, but is never wrong to be safe and get the tests.

Are you sure you don't have Diabetes? Had a similar problem and was tested for everything including Diabetes. problem persisted for 2 years, then with a change of doctors, and a review of lab tests from previous years it was found that i did in fact have Diabetes.

Some one at the lab had mis-read the lab results for Diabetes. It happens alot in the world. So have them check again for Diabetes.

It is because you need to eat, most likely. Start with vitamin water. It will start giving you at least a few calories, and you should be able to hold it down. If you are feeling better, find you FAVORITE comfort food. Ramen noodles, Apple Jacks, it doesn't matter. You need to eat something and hold it down!

I can relate but do not know what is the cause. One thing I would check is your thyroid. This was a symptom I exp. once and found out I had hyperthyroidism
