Not sure who your Telephone company is - but here in Ca we have "Select Call Forwarding". You are able to put up to 10 numbers on this list and each time one of those numbers call they will call forward to you.

Not sure about putting a "tag" on certain numbers, but most landline phone companies provide a Call Forwarding feature that allows you to do exactly what you're talking about.

I believe you should be able too. Your phone company should offer call forwarding and blocked calls, as long as you have these services on your land line you should be able to just forward them to where you will be staying

Yes, you have to activate call forwarding. It is a service through your phone company.

There is a service called "remote access call forwarding". If your land line provider has this service, you can add it to your current service.

Most telephone companies have a caller divert. or you could leave a message on your anwsering phone saying what you need.

In know Cinular used to do this for free as part of your service, don't know if they still do though. I do know that my father does it all the time with his phone for his buisness line.

Yes it is possible to do this.. Contact your service provider and ask for instructions as all are different. I do this all the time.
