When i use jammer will the GPS receiver becomes unusable.

Is possible, but not with just any jammer. The jammer must output in the range of RF frequencies used by GPS, and the net strength as seen by the receiver must be much higher from the jammer than from the GPS satelites. The range of frequencies used in GPS is from about 1 to 2 GHz. I think radar jammers focus at somewhat higher frequencies, if so, the jammer might not cause too much trouble.

It is difficult to jam a GPS receiver since the coding is so complex and there are so many satellites. Why would you try and do something so stupid?
