Homeopathic sinus medication?

Question

I have been suffering for the last week or so of sinusite. As I am pregnant, I am reluctant to take any antibiotics. While I was in France, I use to take a homeopathic sinus medication called "Sinuspax" and it was really effective. Would you know the English equivalent of this medication? and also where could I get it?... or would you know any homeopathic sinus medication available in the UK? Thank you!

when i get sinus problems i use a nasl spray of saline solution twice daily. the saline kills bacteria and helps to irrigate the sinuses. have been doing this for years. hope this helps

Try hot ginger compress. Make a hot ginger tea soak the towel in it, wring it and put it on the pain to decongest your sinus. (make sure its not too hot to burn you) Do this throughout the day until pain subsides. Douche sinus with fresh aloe vera gel, inhale small amount, first one nose then the other side. I do mine at night to wake up with a clear sinus. (You must be careful not to do this alot or use alot of aloe, it may cause stomache problems) When you have pain stay away from salt, sugar and junk food, this contributes to more inflammation. (Mucus feeds on this stuff) NOTE: never mix herbs or vitamins with over the counter medication or prescribe medication! Hope to your health!

I have suffered with sinus blockage for years and have now settled on a Neti Pot. Search Neti Pot on the internet.

Into this pot goes hand-warm water and a special salt (purchased from same site as the pot). The pot has a spout from which you pour the salty water into each nostril whilst breathing through your mouth. It can be used as often as you like because its only warm salty water.
