Jesus had to have DNA, he was a man afterall. This was inspired by another post about Maury and Paternity tests. How do you think (christian or not) Jesus' DNA was built? OH that would be the TRILLION dollar "kleenex" (guys know what I mean, I hope) if it existed...

Thats a top question! If he didn't have dna he couldn't have been human if he only had Marys dna he would have been a woman. Bit of a puzzler for christians methinks!!

Hmmm..well as a firm believer in Jesus Immaculate birth, even tho am no christian, I seriously think that is a good question.
He did have DNA.
And it could have been the one his mom Mary had. But thats such a big mystery.
Maybe someday we will find out. Exciting to think tho.
That brings usto the question of what DNA Adam and Eve had : /

i would imagine that Jesus would have DNA that would match anyone.....
i mean Generic DNA.... so that it could be anybody
however, since there is a chance you are wanting a serious answer.... i would imagine that it would be Semitic... like you said after all, he was flesh, and this flesh he received from his mother who was a Jew.... it stands to reason that his DNA would be similar to the Jews of that time period

$100 says that his DNA is some how "strangely" showing that Joseph or the roman solider that was seen with Mary shows that one of them was Jesus father.

Probably, when Jesus vanished into heaven, all of his tracks on all kleenexes vanished with him. But this is only a theory.
