I would buy from the heart. It should not matter what the gift is but that it was thoughtful . Now not all people are considerate and appreciate even the smallest things , all you can do is try. Some peopkle by people like that a scratch ticket I do not know about that It can work and if the person you are buying for likes that type of things that may work. Best of luck.

My grandmother is the same way has everything. What my mother got her was a dvd slideshow with music in the background of her wedding day and the pictures of her kids growing up and them growing up. It is the most coolest thing that i have ever seen. It costs roofly 100.00 I think. But it is priceless. because people with money and that have everything never think to get this. good luck. and merry christmas

A gift certificate to their favorite restaurant, a favorite cake or pastry from a '2 die 4' bakery or a selection of their favorite coffees or teas wrapped up in a nice basket would be my choices .

Most folks like this that I know don't really want any widgets... they get those for themselves at every whim, but something delicious that they don't often treat themselves to is usually appreciated.

If they have everything, I suggest you cook something for them! Or, if you're leaning towards the artsy side, a collage or something personal you could make for them would be the best. A mosaic of a picture made up of different pictures, a scrapbook of memories, or maybe a bag or some clothes you designed for them would be nice. :D

What is your favorite book?
Buy them a copy! Tell them to read it and why you enjoyed it! Enclose a nice bookmark, and a package of hot chocolate with it!
I like give this as a gift!

An American Express gift card so they can buy whatever they want or maybe a gift certificate to a nice restaurant (or their favorite place to eat).

Mall Gift Cards.
