Being a male or female teacher, I have always gotten my kids teacher a special Christmas ornament. They will use it forever, always think of the child who they received it from. There are some very cool, masculine ones out there. Even some very nice, manly ones just for teachers. Most are under $10.00. I hope this help give you an idea. Good luck, and a Very Merry Christmas!!!!

If your son's classroom has whiteboards (instead of chalkboards), a great gift is a pack of Expo markers and a bottle of cleaner. Many things that are inexpensive can be combined for a great gift, pencils, pens, paper clips, Post-It notes. These are all things that your son's teacher most likely buys out of his own pocket during the year and would be greatly appreciated. You could also give him a ten dollar gift certificate to somewhere that delivers lunch plates during the year.

The bad thing for our teachers is that alot of times they have to buy their own supplies. So, go to a local dollar store and buy a couple of things and make a gift bag OR make some coupns that say....One free sit in time with the class(where you will sit with the class for an hour or so)....One Free Chalk board and eraser cleaner from (your childs name)....One free classroom dusting from (your childs name)...etc. Teachers love those kind of things male or female.
