Your sister is violating your confidentiality by doing this. If you can't convince her to stop this, immediately, get some legal help in stopping her.
Your sister also needs to learn that there are boundaries, and that each person's boundaries are different. Not respecting those boundaries is extremely selfish, to say the least. It might be a symptom of a more serious problem as well. She needs to figure this one out, and if that means counselling to help her to figure it out, so be it. She'll be better off, in the long run, for getting that help.
In the meantime, file a complaint with Yahoo about this. Since she is violating your privacy and confidentialy, she is breaking the rules here, and her blog will be stopped. But that covers only Yahoo, and there are plenty of other places that she can go to continue this behaviour.
BTW, I haven't looked at that blog, nor will I. My decision itsn't about the blogosphere but about your rights.

A blog is a diary. You could sue her.......if applicable.
It's not good for people to tell all they know about you. It can cost you.
Were it me, I would put a stop to it, good or bad.
