Weekly - or just before a guaranteed pull!

Once a week, bearing in mind that we shower prior to going to bed. I hoover the mattress once a month, and use washable pillows and duvets, so do most member of my extended family, and so us English, well the majority, are quite clean enough thankyou!

I know we should answer and not ask questions, but WHY????

I'm originally Scottish but live in England. I change my family's sheets every week. Sometimes I do them twice a week if it's hot.

Twice a month. It's my bed and I'm a single I don't have the pleasure of sleeping on the wet patch anymore!
I detect only a small connection to genealogy.
