If your going to use Nitromorse varnish stripper, don't forget to use nitril gloves. I did a number of years ago and lost the feeling in my finger and thumb tips (Rubber gloves just disintigrated). Still don't have full feeling in the tip of my thumb some years later. Apparently the chemicals in varnish stripper go striaght through the skin and damage the nerves. Apply a barrier cream before you put the gloves on and use Nitromorse. After you have finished wash your hands thoroughly and apply another dose of barrier cream.

Always use gloves when you use that stuff, a good soak in cold water, and some after sun cream should help, or even burn cream, we don't want you to ruin your hands before you have carved the turkey now do we...merry xmas
