Because men are creatures of action,they do things and get things done,whereas women tend to" Gab" alot and leave things for later.That's why Paul said women are to keep silent in church.While the poor Pastors trying to teach the women would be gabbing away.

Because the Bible was written by men. If the bible was written by women it would talk more about women.

the bible doesn't talk about men alone or women alone but both
sometimes the men in the bible represent both the male and female the bible talks about everyone irrespectable of your gender.
