All the people consumed with credit card debt!! GOOD GAWD if something IS NOT working then stop doing it. They must be thinking : "Geeeee lets do more shopping so I can get even further in debt, weeeeeeeeeee what fun" *rolls eyes in head*

And all the people here asking how to get rich or get free money. I truly think some of these people were dropped as an infant or born in the basement and never brought up!

Am I alone here or are some of you seeing alot of morons here too? Too scarey that some of these people could possible be in positions of power.

*shiver*

Alas Kitty, they are for real.
I've worked in banking for over 30 years and I'm telling you, you'd be amazed how irresponsible some people can be when it comes to credit.
A lot of these people actually look at available credit as emergency money, the way our parents viewed savings.

We can rest easy that these people are probably not in any kind of position of power because making it up the corporate ladder requires self discipline and common sense. These poor souls exhibit neither. They live for today and when something out of the ordinary comes up in their lives, they actually expect us to feel sorry for them and lend them a hand.

Their interest in "Get Rich" free or without having to work is just further evidence of their laziness.

Some people actually have the nerve to blame the banks for their problems. We should have the forethought to save them from themselves.

You would not have adequate cash to shop for a condominium. I could positioned the $3000 in the direction of the bank card, or if that's ALL your financial savings, i could shop $one thousand for emergencies and pay $2000 at the card. Call your bank card enterprise and ask if they're going to scale back your curiosity cost. I did that not too long ago and went from 22% to eleven.nine%. Don't take out a mortgage to repay your bank card. Since you desire to shop for a condominium, you have to avoid loans and bank cards till you're able to take out a mortgage for the condominium. Rigfht now the marketplace is just too susceptible so that you can get a mortgage in your condominium with most effective $3000 within the financial institution and $6000 in bank card debt. Work down the debt, get approximately $20,000 within the financial institution and opt for the condominium. You consistently desire a few further cash within the financial institution to hide your morgage repayments for a couple of month in case of rough instances or your lose your process.

Okay...first of all, I'm with you on the 'get rich quick' scams.

However, as one who has dealt with credit card debt, I take offense to you first comments. It's not a hard trap to fall into, especially when someone was really not taught about credit cards, you just get them. And with all the little perks thrown at you if you sign up for one. And all the tricks used to keep you using them. Glad to hear you think you are so perfect, but many of us, sadly, too many of us, are not. Try a little sensitivity.

By the way, I have worked diligently to claw myself back out of debt without filing for bankruptcy, and have not had an actual credit card in 5 years.

its not only the consumer that is doing this but the lender who targets those individuals, now if you got the banks to stop issuing credit cards to everyone, lower the limits, then it might help but overall its the consumer who has to have the willpower, problem is with advertisement, trends, peer pressure that is causing all of this problems, hopefully the consumer will wake up one day and realize having everything is not the answer to being happy.

It's the "got to have" generation. Young people think the more stuff they have the better off they are.
Whats amazing are people use credit cards to go grocery shopping and pay off other credit cards.

Sadly enough, this appears to be the way of the world lately. I notice that people are getting stupider and more and more rude. I say we thin the herd of the dumb*sses!!

LOL

Isn't life grand? It takes all sorts of people to make the world go 'round. The "buy now" and "pay (maybe) later" mentality is certainly ruining the USA.
