Actually he kissed you ON the cheek. No, it doesn't mean you are dating. Dating is where you go out together on a consistant basis to have fun. The key word is consistancy.

he mmay think that but if you arent sure then i would say no. He needs to ask you or you need to ask him. Tell him if you feel able that you would like to be his girl friend or ask him something like "so are we together now?" (as in dating) this iwll help clear things up.
