Yeah I sure hope so........You foreigners , come here rape our country of education and then go back to your country to plot and talk bad about us! And then have the gull to admit taking the U.S., using our education system for your own selfish reasons, skip the country and not pay for it, and asking if you will get in trouble!!!! You got some nerve pal>>>Go back where you crawled from and stay there!

Did the people who provided you with the loan give you a hard time? Did they treat you unfairly? Did they expect you to agree to things that were not legal, honest? Where you totally upfront with them? Is this loan for something that benefitted you or your family?
Then, the answer is simple...don't treat them any less fairly than they treated you. If you borrowed money, pay it back...besides leaving the country to go back to your country doesn't cancel out any obligations you have in your host country.
Finally, would you expect someone to do this to you if you loaned them money and they went back to their country? No, you'd probably be very upset that they treated you so rudely.
Arrange to pay it off...unless you don't mind Karma coming and biting you in the butt...and it will, it always does.

You will be in trouble if you don't clear your loan which is being taken from here. Your Name will be put forward in a list of black listed people. So I believe its better to clear you debt. It will be a also a future problem for your credit rating. i have taken a loan form bank in my country and I am still paying the monthly instalments. Because i don't want any problem in future.

Depending on the scope and type of company, yes. Just because you have dual nationality does not protect you. You can still be sued and if you are not here to represent yourself a default judgment, which will include interest, penalities, attorney fees and Court Costs could be filed in your country and collected upon from your paychecks in your mother country.
At minimum, you would be barred from re-entering the company as you would be deemed "undesirable".

Screw the company, then would do it to you if they had the chance. It wouldn't be worth the hassle to try and recover the money unless we are talking thousands. People who lend money deserve to get their fingers burnt now and again. Debt is a crippling burden and loan companies exploit the needy people

No if you do not give them a forwarding address to anyone not even neighbours, just pack up and go, they won't trace you. Good luck.
