I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOUR QUESTION PROPERLY . BUT I'LL TELL YOU WHATEVER I HAVE READ.

The ozone layer" refers to the ozone within stratosphere, where over 90% of the earth's ozone resides. Ozone is an irritating, corrosive, colorless gas with a smell something like burning electrical wiring. In fact, ozone is easily produced by any high-voltage electrical arc (spark plugs, Van de Graaff generators, Tesla coils, arc welders). Each molecule of ozone has three oxygen atoms and is produced when oxygen molecules (O2) are broken up by energetic electrons or high energy radiation. For information on the history of the ozone layer for the layman, see the Short history of ozone depletion , National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's NOAA Ozone overview or NOAA on stratospheric ozone. obviously.you don't have a question.
but.i'll tell you that the ozone layer is a layer in the atmosphere composed of ozone (O3) made up of three oxygen atoms. the ozone layer helps filter the harmful ultraviolet rays which can cause skin cancer and other bad effects.

Ummmmm What about it?

Your question is sort of like asking "bicycles?"

Do you want to know what it is? What's happening to it? is it important? How did it come to exist? What can interfere with it? What might happen without it? How do we know it is there? How do we know it is diminishing? What might we do to preserve it? What is ozone? Why is the ozone necessary when it is dangerous in high quantities at ground level?

There isn't a way to answer your "question" without knowing what exactly it is that you want to know. Try being a bit more specific.

It's a layer of the atmosphere which contains oxygen in molecules with 3 atoms. It protects us from cosmic radiation and ultraviolet rays.
