Thats the best part of having sex with somebody new is doing something wrong and seein how they react if they get all werid then they just wanted you for the sex but if the can either A. laugh it off and you can to or B. they can talk about it after you ask them then you know theyre there for you.... plus everybody messes up some time.. i dont care how much sex you have at some point its just gonna happen..

Here are some questions you need to answer to decide what the right time is for you:
Why do you want to have sex with a person? For fun. To see how it feels. To try to keep a guy. Or to have a close, personal relationship that communicates to the guy that you and he are one physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What is the role of sex? An activity for personal enjoyment. Something to impress guys with. Something to do since your friends are doing it. Or a physical way of saying to that one special person that I give myself completely to you and only to you.
If your answers match my last ones, then the time is right not only when you have found the "right one", but have both committed yourself to him and he to you completely forever and the best form of commitment is marriage.
If your answers match any of the previous answers to the questions, then the right time is anytime, because to you sex is not important and in a way you are saying you don't think you are important either.

You may do something wrong because you've never had sex. That's okay. The important thing is that you are comfortable with you partner and he's willing to be patient and help you enjoy the experience.

If you're nervous you don't have to rush into anything. You have your whole life to have sex. And you should do it with someone you trust who will not care if you do something wrong. Take your time and don't be pressured into anything.

dont have sex till you are married ....God made sex to make you one with your spouse....its a gift from God not a game ....dont abuse it
