I would call Dish Network and ask them. I received something similar and it was from another company claiming they were Dish Network. What they were trying to do was bait and switch my package with Dish Network.
So give Dish Network a call to be sure.

I've had Dish Network for about 4 years and I've never had the problems you are. It has to really storm for me to loose my signal. I agree with the other people who say you should call and get it re-aligned. I had to get Dish over Direct TV, I live in an apartment and I couldn't get the right angle for Direct. You might want to compare the packages between the two and see which one you like better. I do know that Direct TV has some channels that Dish doesn't. The NFL pacakage comes first to mind.

I spoke with Dish and they said they no longer offer distant networks. They said I would need to contact All American Direct 1-800-909-9677. Have not tried this yet.

I received a message tonight saying to call All American Direct for my ABC & FOX for $5.00 a month. I don't want the FOX unless it is Dallas/Ft Worth. We have a local FOX. All I need is ABC, but I'm not paying $5.00 for 1 channel. I've been trying to get hold of All Direct to see if I can get just 1 channel. No luck so far.

I checked with mydistantnetworks and it was $9.00 dollars monthly, but I have to pay $3.00 per waiver, (because I have to request a waiver to see if the local channels will let me view them), which for all four channels would cost me $12.00, plus I have to wait 30 - 60 days, they also bill 6 months in advance. I had the local channels before ( eastern local channels ), I don't understand why I have to pay for a waiver for each channel when it's not my fault that I lost them. There are a few hidden costs.

They look like one of many vendors that resell satellite equipment and services. I've bought DirecTV equipment from a similar outfit over 10 yrs ago. My experience was good, but that was because I was only getting my equipment from them. I did my own install to save the $50, but, given the options, I wouldn't do it again unless forced to. These days, I'll deal w/ the provider directly and have them install it.
