You have two options in front of you. Choice A: Aproach her and be honest. Tell her that you think she's hot and that you would like to hook up for a night and have some fun. (She will either be into you and say yes or have no intrest and say no). That is the smart way to go, you have an answer to your quandry right away and can either plan to be having some fun for the night, or start looking elswhere.
Choice B: Become her friend, let her build up emotional ties to you, get what you want and then move on. This is playing with fire, and you will get burned more times than not. It's hard to tell how people will react when their emotions are being toyed with. Plus it's a pretty childish way of going about getting what you want. And like I said, these things have a nasty way of coming back to haunt you.
Talk to the girl, tell her how you feel, and ask her if she's interested.

Just tell her what your intentions are...some girls want the same thing! However, if she turns you down do not be surprised!!! She will think you are a dog and she is right!!! No respectable girl will give it away free. If you want a girl as a toy, you need to buy a blow up doll!!!!
