Causing a fatality with an SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) such as Sertraline (Zoloft) is uncommon. In fact this was one of the major marketable qualities of this entire class of agents. Prior to the SSRIs coming to market the MAOIs and Tricylic Antidepressants were more prescribed and they both boast much more dangerous effects in overdose.

Symptoms of overdose include the following:

Symptoms of a sertraline overdose include nausea, vomiting, tremor, seizures, agitation, drowsiness, hyperactivity, and enlarged pupils.

Most of these are due to agonism at 5-HT receptors in the CNS.

For the record I have seen doses higher than 200mg in practice but it is rare, also to take 650mg tells me that you have done this on purpose.

As an adjuvant I recommend you seek help from friends and family and then discuss this with your doctor. If Zoloft isn't working for you there is a plethora of other anti-depressants to choose from.

Any medication taken in excess can have serious consequences. An overdose of Zoloft can be fatal. If you suspect an overdose, seek medical attention immediately.

Common symptoms of Zoloft overdose include:
Agitation, dizziness, nausea, rapid heartbeat, sleepiness, tremor, vomiting
Other possible symptoms include coma, stupor, fainting, convulsions, delirium, hallucinations, mania, high or low blood pressure, and slow, rapid, or irregular heartbeat

If you're still capable of worrying, you haven't overdosed that badly.
