Are you taking the Michael? Of course it's unhealthy, the first are really loaded with fat and sugar and unless you have vegetables in the spaghetti sauce, there is not a vegetable in sight! If that is your menu, I dread to see the state of your heart.

As long as this isn't a daily routine you should be OK. But the spaghetti is good for you. It has lots of veggies. The MC muffins have 300 calories, 200 of them from fat(each). Your hash brown has 140 calories 70 from fat.Pizza depends but average it has between 300-600 calories per slice. The buffalo wings have about 100 calories a piece, not including The dipping sauce. Spaghetti had about 220 calories per serving. So add how much you ate, and then add up your calories.
