'Southern' Train from Clapham Junction to Victoria (About 5 minutes - very frequent service). Victoria line underground to Seven Sisters (about 20 mins). Local train to Southbury (about 11 minutes - but these trains only run every 30 minutes) Short walk to Campus.
You are looking at a journey time of over an hour in total.
You could get a bus from Seven Sisters, but London traffic is terrible .

Almost exactly the other end of London. Enfield is at the very north of London, Battersea's what? Wandsworth? You'll be taking the tube.

An hour and a half at the very least on the bus and tube.

A long and expensive commute! Think about living in north London instead.

RAC Route Finder or Yahoo Route Finder. Enter start and finish points and it will calculate for you.
