Look for a Whole Foods or other grocery store in your area that specializes in organic foods. They generally have LOTS of resources available in the store to help you find foods that you can eat and enjoy... no matter what your allergies. Many of the people who work there have "odd" food allergies and can help you.

One of my friends is:
There's a health food store by us & it has "All natural stuff" Most of that kind of stuff she can eat. (the mac & chz isn't bad) look for one of those stores by you they are usually in the phonebook & double check the box before you buy it. It is frustrating to have such an allergy. Also if you seem to be having trouble still find food you can eat you can attempt to contact a nutritionist they usually have lists of what's actually in different prepared foods.
