yeah its better to hav them in the mornings since u can start ur day and burn off the calories instead of piling them up at night.
u could also brush ur teeth aswell which u probably wouldnt want to do at night when tucked away in ur nice warm bed...
but u should really watch those calories. Not all chocolate is dynamite though... just keep away from the heavy ones which have nuts in them and go for lighter chocs with caramel fillings say, otherwise u will really pile on those pounds fast.

Your weight isn't a problem. Infact at that size you must be extremely tiny. I weigh 122 and am 5'3" however I am at the gym 5 times a week eat 1000 calories a day, so will have a lot more muscle mass.
However, eating 800 calories a day of junk is NOT healthy. Even if your weight is in a good range you are still overloading your body with fat, sugar and bad carbs which will affect your body and skin. It certainly is better to eat more in the morning as you have all day to help burn calories, but that ammount is quite a lot. To put it in perspective for you, you would need to do 2 hours of cardio on a high setting to burn those calories off.
If you do really need to have something sweet try dried fruits (not too much) and plain nuts are ok in moderation. Try adding some seeds too.
How old are you if you don't mind me asking. Not a lot of people can stay that weight and eat that much unless they are under 21. After that age it then seems to go all to fat.

Sounds like you kinda answered your own question. You eating the "junk" doesn't seem to affect you physically or mentally so I say go for it. Don't worry about the weight until you see it packing on. Otherwise you may be very lucky in that your metabolism is different and you can eat those things without regret or worry. I know people who can eat whatever they want whenever they want and never gain a pound. Then I know people that eat one candy bar and gain 2 lbs by the next day. Not literally but you get what I mean. You didn't say how old you were but I say take advantage of it all you want as long as you or your body do not have a problem with it. I know some people are told that they may have a propensity for diabetes if it's predispositional but you sound pretty healthy. Have fun! EAT! '-)

Ok, if you insist on eating junk food, it really doesn't matter what time of the day you eat it. A bar of chocolate a day is not bad--I would recommend dark chocolate (60% or more cocoa) so you get the antioxidant benefits. A handful of nuts is also healthy, contains GOOD fats (unsaturated), fiber and vitamins and minerals (E and magnesium especially in almonds). Cookies, I wouldn't necesairly recommend, because they can make you gain weight bc they are calorie dense, but most cookies contain TRANS FATS...which are HORRIBLE for your health and your heart. Anyway, the chocolate and nuts aren't too bad,, but make sure you exercise and burn it off, and eat well with fruits, veggies, fiber, lots of water, complex carbs, and lean proteins during the day as well. You won't gain weight if you burn as many or more calories than you consume, no matter what time of day you eat at.

Hi there!
Best time to eat sweets is right after a workout when you body is craving glucose, due to expended glycogen from your muscles. Try to couple it with some protein, so chocalate and nuts would be best to eat at this time.
This is the rule I would use, not clock dependent.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Eating sweets lead to excursions of blood glucose and its not advisable to eat too many if you have family history of diabetes or hypertension. In morning the diurnal rhythm of glucose inside body is like that one requires high amounts of insulin to control blood glucose compared to afternoon and evenings.Though i would nt advise you to take as many as you want at other times also as a physician,in total you better consume 2200 calories per day,in small frequent feeds and with regular exercise like half- an-hour walking five days in a week.

It's not a matter of when you eat that kind of food. Junk is junk any time of the day. Diabetes is epidemic today, and improper diet is a big reason for it. Sweets should be eaten in moderation.

That relies upon on what area of the international you reside in. they do no longer stay sparkling long in NYC as they're going to freeze extremely and immediately. In Texas they're going to stay warm and steam for some days.
