i'll keep it simple.
we talk sometimes because we have the same interests.
he remembers things that i tell him about and asks me how they went(only sometimes)
he asks me questions about my personal life sometimes.
sometimes when we walk by eachother we look into eacothers eyes for just a sec or he'll just look if he thinks i'm not looking
he smiles when he talks
sometimes he has really good eye contact with me and other times he keeps looking away whle telling me something.
then some days he won't even talk to me at all and i was the last one to make a convo with him so it's his turn isn't it?i'm so tired of being ****** around with.interested or not?

Games!! Who needs 'em! He'd make it clear if he wanted to pursue something serious, wouldn't he?! At the very least he seems very moody. Are you sure you're up for the task?

He may not make eye contact at certain times because you may be stimulating to him. He may not talk to you on certain days because of other personal issues in his life and may be just too busy. Maybe suggest having lunch one day or coffee or something like that to see how he is away from the office (or wherever it is that you see him on a regular basis).

I've no idea why he is doing this but Be careful girl, Not exactly glance means liking you. He is acting a little weird.

If he is older he might not want to seem interested cause he doesn't want you to think he is some dirty old man. But if you're interested you might want to ask him out for coffee.

Flirt with him! Ask him, "so when are you taking me to out to dinner?". He'll definitely let you know if he's interested then!

try and ignor him for awhile....my fiance is older then me and it was like that way in the begining. one day i decided not to really talk to him for a week and what do you know he came around and told me how he really felt. let him chase you....but pretend your bust every once in awhile. just stay strong and confident. if its meant to be it will happen...good luck
