Depends on your girlfriend.
Chocolates; sexy (but not porno-style) undies; extra posh toiletries; etc. but really, you should know her well enough to work out what she would really want, the more personal it is to her the better, it is the thought that counts and you need to show you put thought into it. Sorry!
Alternativly, you could plan a special night out or in. Tickets to the theatre or somewhere you don't normally go for example.

The diamond necklaces that are have a curvy pendent. They are like the circle pendent of this year, and they are cute. You can get them for a little over a hundred dollars up to a thousand.

Get her a new car. lol if you got the money. if not here another idea... you could like spend all day with her and tell her how much you love her you could like take her to the mall or something and let her pick. I'm not so good at this cuz I like anything my boyfriend gives me so...

Diamonds are always good! :) If not in your budget, (cause they are not in mine right now) try a big soft blanket and pillow with some relaxing music cds or something like that.

send her to a spa for a makeover & massage. I live in central Pennsylvania & we have the Hershey Spa here. They have awesome packages for chocolate baths, massages, etc. You can order now & she can go when it's convenient for her. Check your local directory for something like that. Sure to win you lots of points
