i would say that by flirting with you and wanting to hang out that she still likes you, and by bringing her bf to the party that she's trying to make you jealous, guys seem to like girls more when they're taken.

She could have been drunk, they might have just had a row. Don't judge their whole relationship and her relationship with you, on this one occasion.
Obviously if you still have a thing for her and want to find out once and for all if she still feels the same, ask her.
