It could mean 1 or 2 things.Either she misses you a great deal and she wants you back.Or she is unsure what she is feeling for her new friend and she wants to make sure she is over you and that she really does care about him. But I think it's the first answer and she never really got over you two breaking up. Maybe she didn't realize what she had in you until it was gone.If you still feel the same hang out !!What's the worst thing that could happen a renewed relationship.

Lies. Mind Games.
She and her B/F had a fight before the party. (He probably didn't even want to be there after the fight...) Once they arrived at the party, she decided to punish him by making him feel "expendable".
Cuddling up to you was intended as the fastest way to get a reaction from the B/F. She hoped he'd make a play for her, get into a fight or a shoving match with you. that would "prove" his love for her, and she could then feel better about ending the fight.
If he refused to take the bait, then she might have gotten your number or even made out with you to push things the direction she wanted them to go.

I think you already know that she is still interested and from the ay you are describing her situation its probably an interest of more than lets hang out as friends.

If she's willing to go to your party with her boyfriend and flirt with you... Then she's willing to do that same thing with someone else if you get back together with her.
Obviously she doesn't have any morals.
