allergies/hayfever, you may be allergic to a number of things in your house. your pillow, mattress, carpeting etc... there are lots of products out now for people with allergies to use around the house. febreez makes a spray now that you can spray on your bedding and carpets, furniture etc.. for allergies. but there are alot more than that you can use. also don't sleep with your window open that lets allergens into the house as well and of course you'll wake up sneezing. that called morning attack and it cosed by your dust allergic or blanket or something in the room where you sleep or your pet .
you should do a blood test and it will be more clear to you .
