The greatest sin of our time is "ignorance",now one may ask ignorance of what, the answer quite simply is "The true self".Now the self I have alluded to here is not this mortal clay but a dormant higher self which is the real me,to unveil it is enlightenment and victory. The origin of all sins is body consiousness and therefore this is the greatest sin.The perfected beings that we are, is free from all imperfections and is permanent and its awareness stops us from committing any sin in the first place.

The greatest sin according to the bible and the words of jesus is the Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost.
According to the Koran, the greatest sin is Idolatry.
but some of the worst sins according to the old testament bible is violence or cannibalism. i think the words of Jesus outweight the Koran and the prophet mohammed, HANDS down. I think Jesus was the messiah. Mohammed was just a prophet, who made some false prophesies.
