Where in Canada are you referring to? Yes, Niagara falls is on the border of Canada and US (Buffalo, NY). That part of Canada is near Toronto. Remember -- Canada is a large country, stretching clear across the US. Be more specific. When you have an exact location in mind, check out Mapquest. FYI, Montreal or Toronto are not bad drives. Vancouver -- fly there.

You easily have a 5 or 6 hour drive. You'd be better off flying. However, check with greyhound too. They run an express bus to Montreal.

You can get to Montreal in about 6 and a half hours (369.73 miles)
You can get to the border in just under 6 hours if you drive directly north.

A long 7 hour drive. Fly. Cheaper too if you wind up staying at a hotel while driving.
