It depends on a lot of things like your fitness program or activity level. Try looking at fitday.com and caloriesperhour.com for guidance

According to Dr. Atkins, 20 the first two weeks, and to maintain no more than 60. It depends on your body type and what your metabolizism can handle. If you don't get fat on 100 carbs a day, then there you go! But you should let your body tell you how many is too many. Only you know the true answer to that. I swear if I eat 5 carbs a day I'm swollen bigger than Violet on Willy Wonka when she turns into a blueberry! But I would not eat more than 40 - 50 a day.

depends on too many things sweety. If your a 350lb football player you need more than a 100 lb girl. it depends on exercise too.

everyone worries about thier food...thats disgusting. its food for crying out loud.

pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep
