The reason that they are accused of being racists is because the pro supporters have no viable argument to support their position on illegal activities. The cant give you facts or figures or indisputable proof of anything the Minute Men have ever done, except help do the job of
spotting and reporting illegal aliens crossing our nations borders..It seems that our government needs all of the help it can get from every legal citizen in this country to help curb the influx of millions of illegal aliens .Since the pro supporters don't have any views that they can back up they throw down the old worn out race card to try to silence the anti illegal aliens. Then the antis start trying to defend themselves against the unfounded charges and the real message is lost.Don't be afraid of being called a racist ,you know who you are and how you feel about other people. Its not a big deal its over used for many things now.Don't let any-ones use of the word bother you.Its just a ploy to shut you up.Ignore it and continue with facts and numbers.
The real racists in this scenario are the radical Marxist groups like La Raza Unida and the Brown Berets they are the Hispanic KKK.

as usual they throw the racist card because they think they will get some kind of sympathy from others. In reality it just shows their ignorance. I have yet to hear a fact that shows defending your country and enforcing the laws that all of us legals must abide by makes you a racist. Race has nothing to do with it period. Because a person believes that everyone should come here legally and pay their fair share of taxes and not be a burden on society does not make them a racist. How would you feel if someone you do not know moved his self into your home and ate your food used your house and took things from your family and then when they run your household into the ground and made your family suffer because they feel you owe them that. When you ask them to leave or pay up they just shrug their shoulders and say I don't understand. this is what the minute men are trying to stop. Take your blinders off and wake up. Racist my @ss

Wow, that was a long "question". The Minutemen are very careful to not say or do anything racist. They are just the ones picking the scab on the wound nobody wants to see. Everybody's mad at them as if THEY were the cause of all the problems. Our federal government doesn't want to fix the problem because we absolutely need the illegal workers to do all the stoop labor so Republican businessmen can turn healthy profits. EXACTLY like slaves in the Old South, our economy depends on these people. Without them, a head of lettuce would cost 15 bucks. You want to pick lettuce in the hot sun for 4 bucks an hour? Me neither.
But to call the Minutemen racist is idiotic. They're just bringing national attention to the huge illegal immigration problem that nobody wants to talk about nor how to resolve. HTH, HB

Nothing. They even require a background check to try to confirm that a person is not involved in 'hate groups'.

And there are so Minutemen at the Northern Border, however, the problems of illegals flooding the border there is dwarfed by what happens at the southern border.

Why do ou even need to raise the point? Racism is just a distraction on this issue.

If the true cost of a head of lettuce is $15 bucks, then so be it. Importing "cheap foreign labor" doesn't reduce the true cost, it merely hides it in increased crime and social services costs.

When they drag out that tired old lie about "jobs no American will do" what they really mean is "jobs no American will do for slave wages." These jobs always seemed to get done in the past somehow. What changed, the workers or the wages?

I say seal the borders and let the price of food reflect its actual costs. If that means a collapse of the McNugget industry then that's a risk I'm willing to take. There is nothing cheap about "cheap foreign labor".

Not a thing. Standing in the AZ heat in the middle of summer to report on a foreign invasion is not racist. Wherever the minutemen are stationed, the illegal border crossings drop dramatically.......hmmmm wonder why.
God Bless the Minutemen.

the least confusing answer: at present, in case you may convince people, rightly or wrongly, that your opponent is racist, you may grow to be the de facto winner. Racism and quotes of racism are between the main powerful political weapons on the 2nd, through fact people don't have time to truly step back and think of "whats up, is that this quite racist, or basically an trustworthy view it relatively is independent of race?" So, if we see a headline on Yahoo! information, or CNN, that places the words "Minutemen" and "racist" at the same time, then we proceed to link the two, and their fighters have performed their job. i do no longer possibly stand in one camp or the different, I basically hate something that clouds what must be a reasoned communicate. it quite is confusing to have a reasoned communicate approximately immigration, and are available to any respectable conclusions which will remedy the various problems we are experiencing interior the U.S., whilst quotes of "racism" are hurled at every person who talks approximately proscribing immigration, or watching for immigrants to evolve to the recent way of existence, etc. It seems to me like this Yahoo! solutions communicate board isn't any diverse in that admire, as people understand how helpful the label "racist" is.
