We're traveling soon and I thought it would be helpful to see but when I sat down to watch the video it had already been removed. Thanks! Also if you remember what the airline rule is for getting on another flight Id appreciate that also.

I haven't seen it, but I have lost luggage. It is easy to get reimbursed. You simply go to the airline's baggage service if your bag does not show up, and fill in a lost luggage form. If they can't find it in a couple of days, they send another form that you fill in with the value of the contents of the luggage, including the luggage. The best thing to do ahead of time is to make sure you know what you packed!

The rule for getting on another flight depends on what you mean. If you mean that the AIRLINE cancels a flight, the FAA has strict rules that say they must try EVERYTHING possible to get you to your destination, even if that includes buying you a ticket on another airline. You must insist on this, though, because they do NOT want to do it!
if you miss your flight because Security lines are slow, the airlines are generally VERY accomodating. Even once when I missed a flight because I overslept, United was kind and did not charge me to rebook.
