I do not know what your question is exactly.... I would suggest that if you wanted to communicate with the people of that particular church that you get heavily involved in the activities of the church.. In particular, if they have any type of outreach programs, then get involved.. If they do not have any outreach programs, then get with one or more members and think about how and what type of outreach program would be good for the church and its community.
