i am really shy when i am around guys i like and i can't think of any thing to say, give me some ideas plz

Start with one guy with whom you really get along and then open up to him on various topics. weather, movies, cool things happening in the town etc. once you feel comfortble try with a larger group in which this guy is also present. this will give you enough talking subjects and also confidence.
Wear something sexy, attractive you will find that guys will certainlyl give you attention and will force you to talk to them.

I used to be like that im definately over it. Start asking him questions put him on the spot basically your trying to get the spotlight off of you and make them feel shy. Dont compliment them or ask them questions about u, always concentrate on them be really confidant when you do it because it puts the shoes on the other foot and it will make them shy. Theres no reason to be shy around boys especially when your HOTT!!! always smile thats a good starting point for a flirt. Use your looks and flaunt all your assests it makes them nervous and also makes them want you. ENJOY

Just say hi for starters. Try to ask them about their weekend or how they're doing. Start with small talk. After you know them better and are a little more comfortable you can try complimenting them and getting close to them, not in a creepy way though. The most important thing is to be yourself so they don't end up liking you for someone your not. So try to be yourself and don't freak out too much around them.

Try to approach it as if they are just another friend, be yourself. Before you can become bf/gf there has to be friendship, so relax and be yourself. Crack a joke, ask questions (about his hobbies, his family etc). No need to be shy, you are the girl and in most all cases, you girls are the one with the power, even if the guys don't admit it ;-)

Shyness is a rare assett nowadays honey. Be proud of it and be thankful that you have it. There are many guys out there who'd willingly give an arm and a leg for a girl like you.

If there's a particular boy that takes your fancy, give him a pair of your panties and a note, or send him an email. Ask him to come to your office after work.
Remember, he is shy too. Otherwise, he would've spoken to you!

Sit/stand near him. Get involved in whatever he is doing. And this is true: talk to him as if he were another friend. Flirting will come naturally.

Just ask them simple questions like you would ask your gf. Like what have you been up to? What did you do last weekend? How is math class going?
