Why do people have to have a magical faiths, like Islam, Christian etc. . They all come from the heavens above. And their is not one bit of proof of that. So why is it so easy to believe in the myths around these. My advice. Read a good spiritual book, that is not religous.

Jesus would not have performed like a clown to satisty the curiosity of the Romans, His miracles were done to help people understand that He was sent by God and they were not palour tricks to amuse the masses

The threat was that for the Israelites, he opposed the "doing good" idea by man's understanding of the law of GOD imposed on the people by the Pharisee's and scribes of the day. The amount of burden that was being placed on the people by the Pharisee's and Scribe's even though they did not adhere to the same idea. In other words they were "elite" in their eyes, on the assumption that GOD specifically chose them over everyone else in Israel.
When they recognized the "opposition" coming and saw how Jesus performing miracles and wonders to undermine the current authority of their "covenant" with their GOD, they sought out some way to kill him.
When he was born into flesh it was stated that a "king" was born unto us. They used this word "king" against Jesus in concert with the roman empire and the ruler of the day, in this case Caesar.
This is how they got him out of their jurisdiction under their law and into the jurisdiction under roman law. By stating that he was a king and was going to over throw the roman empire. Even though Pontius Pilate could find no wrong.
He did everything to try to get the release of Jesus, but the Israelites ranting crucify him ultimately came true for Jesus.
So, let me ask you this question: "How important today are the polls to the leaders of the world?"
Answer that and you will understand why Pilate did what he did. Other than someone quoting that GOD ordained.

Jesus healed just by His Word.
John 4:46-54 gives the account of Jesus healing the nobleman's son. It is listed as the second miracle performed by Jesus: "Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum. When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea, he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death. 'Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders,' Jesus told him, 'you will never believe.' The royal official said, 'Sir, come down before my child dies.' Jesus replied, 'You may go. Your son will live.' The man took Jesus at his word and departed. While he was still on the way, his servants met him with the news that his boy was living. When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, 'The fever left him yesterday at the seventh hour.' Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, 'Your son will live.' So he and all his household believed. This was the second miraculous sign that Jesus performed, having come from Judea to Galilee."
And, yes, they still crucified Him.

All the miracles he performed are the kinds of thing illusionists perform to this day. There are still holy men in India claiming they can walk on water, create food and so on. If he really had all those powers why didn't he do things that really made a difference in the world. Why instead of something that could benefit everyone did he do things like create wine so his friends could have a party, probably got roaring drunk.
But, in the end I think he is simply a myth like all the other's born on the 25th from a virgin who performed the illusionists tricks, got crucified and came back to life.

You have to believe and have faith to be healed-Just because YOU touch Jesus doesn't mean you'll be healed. How foolish of you to think that the Roman army could force Jesus to do anything. Jesus allowed his Crucifixion to take place to fulfill God's promise of salvation, the Roman army couldn't forcibly make Jesus heal people. You have to have faith.

Qur' an states that Jesus performed miracles. He spoke while a baby , made birds from clay, healed the blind and lepers, and raised the dead, all by the will of Allah.
Qur' an
19:27 At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought!
19:28 "O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!"
19:29 But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?"
19:30 He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah. He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet;
3:49 And will make him a messenger unto the children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah's leave. And I announce unto you what ye eat and what ye store up in your houses. Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if ye are believers.
Jesus din not die and he will return:
4:157 That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-
4:158 Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-
43:61 And (Jesus) shall be a Sign (for the coming of) the Hour (of Judgment): therefore have no doubt about the (Hour), but follow ye Me: this is a Straight Way.
5:72 Indeed, the truth deny they who say, "Behold, God is the Christ, son of Mary" - seeing that the Christ [himself] said, "O children of Israel! Worship God [alone], who is my Sustainer as well as your Sustainer." Behold, whoever ascribes divinity to any being beside God, unto him will God deny paradise, and his goal shall be the fire: and such evildoers will have none to succour them!

I think that Jesus can heal by touch, I also think that he didn't use his powers to his advantage. Jesus is a good person so he will help the needed before he helped himself. I hope this answered your question.

Yes of course because they were afraid not just because of the claim that he was the son of God, but they feared all sorts of things, they would have thought it more evil that good, plus the fact they were afraid of someone more powerful than them

His competition, the Pharisees and the others religious leaders, thought that He was too hot for them to handle conspired to have Him crucified. They were afraid of losing their status and their livelihood if Jesus was not got rid of.
